Daylight-only rules, metro curfews and holiday restrictions are set by Oklahoma rule and on each permit. ODOT also lists restricted hours of 7-9 AM and 3:30-6:30 PM (Central), Mon-Fri, for affected areas; check your permit. Exact holiday dates and times: verify with the state.
